Super easy. 5 minutes and I had pastry to roll out. Nice feeling dough too.
Pastry - 400g flour (75c) 200 butter ($1 [remember we make our own]) water... free so all up $1.75 for 2 lots of pastry
HINT: the recipe doesn't make a lot - 12 x 8cm disks. Would make the base of a large pie dish - suggest making double recipe - it doesn't take any longer and you can always freeze it
HINT: remember to put the blades in before adding the flour LOL
HINT: wondering how nice it would be to mince a clove of garlic, maybe with a little rosemary sprig BEFORE making the pasty, and then incorporate that INTO the pastry. That'd be yum!!
