I was expecting a recipe with "blend this" and "do that"... but nope.  Chuck it all in and mix for 45 seconds.  Then add the fruit and mix for another 20 seconds.  That's it.


I did Strawberry (fresh strawberries cut into 1/3rds) and choc chip.  YUM!

They were actually really light and fluffy - I am used to the more heavy muffins you get in the shops - I prefer these!!!

HINT: I cheated and did not add any wholemeal flour - just white - they turned out fine!

HINT: don't forget 2 things  1) Only use the spatula or a soft spoon (like a plastic serving spoon or a silicon one) to scrape out the mixture and 2) when you are getting down towards the blades, put the bowl back on the cradle, with the lid on, and with the dial on closed lid position - press turbo once or twice.  That spins the blades and all the mixture goes to the edges of the bowl and is easy to get out
