Another fantastic chuck it all in and let it rip recipe.
These are really yummy and crunchy. Good for you too with the nuts - good thing is they don't taste good for you LOL.
They keep quite well in an air tight container - I had them for several weeks and they were just as yummy! (Why did they last that long? - I was so busy making other things we plain forgot about them!!)
HINT: don't forget 2 things 1) Only use the spatula or a soft spoon (like a plastic serving spoon or a silicon one) to scrape out the mixture and 2) when you are getting down towards the blades, put the bowl back on the cradle, with the lid on, and with the dial on closed lid position - press turbo once or twice. That spins the blades and all the mixture goes to the edges of the bowl and is easy to get out
