Risotto Apricot Chicken Style

Another fabulous dish at that wonderfully fun luncheon after delivering a Thermomix to Wendy.


This was another dish I hadn't done before so I was very interested on how it shaped up - it was really nice.  The risotto was cooked perfectly, it was very tasty and easy like all of Thermomix risottos... however it was quite sweet - and I felt it was a little strange having a sweet risotto.  remember tho... these are my personal preferences and I am by NO means a chef or a critic - just your average jane doe :-)


HINT: If you are after a less sweet version, perhaps use dried apricots and more TMX veggie stock and water (or chicken stock)


HINT: if you don't want blurry photos, STAND STILL  argh!!  sorry Wendy
