These were SO easy to make!! I have wanted to try these SO badly - but I never remembered to buy fetta cheese. But, finally my brain cells worked at the right time and I had all the ingredients together.
Easy! Super easy! Another reason I delayed with the recipe is that I thought that they were deep fried.. but NO - baked in the oven.
Taste - lovely, but surprisingly bland. Maybe because I was expecting them to be super tasty - but no, subtle would be the best word. Best to go with some interesting and fancy sauces.
Actually - the next day, they tasted better, maybe the flavours had a chance to smooze with each other. Or my expectations were different - either way....
HINT: I will definately make these again, however, I will add either....
