Cuban seasoning Mix

This is an easy mix to make - a little more time needed to dry your own ingredients, but WAY worth it!!

This is a tasty and not spicy rub - try to put it in/on what you are using it for at least 30 mintues before to intensify your flavours, but if you don't have time... still fantastic!

Cuban seasoning mix Ingredients

3 tsp each of

• Dried oregano

• Ground cumin

• Paprika

2 tsp each of

• Brown sugar

• Dried garlic

• Dried onion

• Salt

1 tsp of pepper


Combine all ingredients in the Thermomix Blend on 9 for 30 seconds Voila! Rub on meat before grilling / cooking or - Use to add flavour to meatballs or vegetables

HINT: to dry garlic quickly in the oven, mince in the Thermomix first
