I was at a demo, having some fun with a great bunch of people, and the when it came to putting the bread in the oven and I always ask how they want it (rolls, bread sticks, cob, plait, scrolls....) the host said.... why not put the dip on it and scroll that. So, that is what I did, with a bit of TMX grated parmesan cheese.
It was delicious!!! REALLY delicious!
I have made it a couple of times since... One time I whizzed the green tips of the spring onion through the flour before making the dough. It looked a little green, er... QUITE green, when it was a dough, but it lightened when cooked and added an extra touch of something yum!!
