This is from the small, itty bitty - but recipe packed - little "Entertaining with Nico" cookbook.
It was wow! delicious. Mind you... we didn't have any boubon so I used whisky :-).
It made heaps... 1 500g jar and then more than enough to baste the chicken we were having for dinner (ignore the black bit... bit too close to the element LOL) ........and then roasted it... MMMMMM!!!!
Oh... as an extra... I added 2 red chillies to the mix at the start... it give it a little boost, but didn't make it spicy, let alone hot. I'd give it a go - like it hotter.. add more chillies
