I was in Melbourne recently, and stayed with a friend who is quite a connoisseur - in fact she not only likes good food in melbourne, but regularly travels overseas and eats in some very good restaurants in Italy, France......
So, I was faced with a dilemma - what do I cook her in my thermomix?? I thought I would do potato and leek soup, fresh bread and Helene's Onion Tart.
WHAT a hit! She was incredibly impressed! Thanks Helene!
To make this, I also had to make Odette's onions. MMMMmmmmm!!!!!!!
