Creamy Mushroom Soup (WW Style)

Creamy Mushroom Soup

This recipe makes 4 portions at 1.5 points a serve.

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 medium potato
  • 2 Tblspn vegetable oil
  • 600 Mushrooms (button) - slice
  • 500ml stock
  • 100ml dry white wine
  • 125ml skim milk
  • 2 Tblspn Fresh Cheese (30% fat)
  • Soy sauce
  • pepper

1. Place onion into TM chop on 7.

2. Add cubed potato and oil and saute for 3 min, 90 deg, level 3.

3. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 mins, reverse, 90 deg., level 2.

4. Add the stock and milk and cook for 8 min., 100 deg., level 2.

5. Add the cheese and mix shortly on level 3.

6. Puree the soup for 3 seconds on turbo.

7. Season with pepper and soy sauce to taste.
