An alternative to chocolate hazelnut spread - chocolate apricot spread!
Follow the recipe for the chocolate hazelnut spread in the everyday cookbook - except...
- use 80g of dried apricots instead of the hazelnuts
- soak them in the 100g of milk required for the recipe - overnight is best
- after grinding the chocolate, add the apricots and milk. Blitz for 20 seconds on speed 8 - it needs to be smooth. If not, scrape down the bowl and blitz for another 5-10 seconds.
This combination is milder than the razz-ella but very nice none the less! It is also firmer
