A person I met through my thermomix demonstrations (but.. hasn't got one yet... I'm patient Corrynn) had posted a photo of these SUPER easy - wonderful looking treats on Facebook and I just HAD to make them.
Were they Easy? SO easy, so so SO easy!
Mini muffins - icing sugar - pointy strawberries - you don't need instructions do you??
Did they have to be on choc muffins? Nope! Try bikkies.
LESSON: Strawberries are moisture laden and will dissolve the icing if given a warm environment. Keep in Fridge until you are about to serve.
HINT: if you feel like the mini muffins are a bit big still for the right effect... turn them upside down.
HINT: Thinking about it later, I could have sprinkled some dessicated coconut on the icing to make it look fluffy
