Rissotto Balls

Left over rissotto?

No problems.  Mix with a little of whatever yo have in the fridge.  (I only put a little cheese with mine, but  imagine adding things like...other left overs, tomato paste, frozen peas or corn, spring onions.....)

Roll balls in some egg and then breadcrumbs and lightly brown in a little butter or olive oil in a hot frypan.  You can deep fry them, or spray them with a little olive oil and cook in the fridge.

For something different, when you are making the fresh breadcrumbs in the Thermomix, mix some rosemary with it, or garlic and rosemary, or some sesame seeds, or some crushed peanuts.......

YUM and quick.
