I continue to be surprised just how easy and how yummy the recipes in the book are!! These are delicious! And with no added sugar, a healthy and guilt free treat!
I tried rolling some in coconut and some in sesame seeds - I liked the sesame seeds best - they add a nutty flavour that seems to go with the mixture best - and I liked the smooth texture.
HINT: I would put the mixture into a small bowl before spooning into balls. I know that is an extra step and something else to clean... but I would prefer that than risk dragging the spoon across the blades.
