Pork/Shrimp ball soup

This is from the Meat on the Menu cookbook.

Easy - Delicious!  I know that I seem repetitive - but there is also one more thing I'm being.... honest!

Remember - my meal of choice before Thermomix was a Roast.  If you came to visit, you'd get a roast.  I have the gingerbread cake recipe too... but that was that.

Now I try anything - and what's more - the recipes from the cookbooks from Thermomix are fantastic!

HINT: even better the next day!

HINT: John had brought me heaps of meat, so I ended up using twice as much meat/prawn mix - that was ok.. I cooked it a little longer but it cooked fine, however - I suspect the balls should have been smaller!  They were a bit hard to get to with a spoon.
