My apologies about not posting too many posts over the last couple of weeks - I have been working hard on my bread booklet and now..... IT'S FINISHED!
60 pages (it was going to be 5!) full of information on what you put in your bread dough and how to look after it, how to prove your bread and how you can tell it IS proved, what shapes you can make and how to do them..... and recipes!
There are so many things you can do with just the basic bread or basic brioche recipes! (like chilli cheese bread, bagels, guilt free donuts or cinnamon stacks) and then I have added others like sprouted wheat bread.
