Bailey's Chocolate Cake (WW Style)

Bailey's Chocolate Cake

12 portions at 2 points a piece


250g SR flour (the germans dont have SR flour so they use 250g plain flour with 3 teaspoons baking powder)

100g sugar

50 drops of liquid sweetener

1 Tblspn cocoa powder

1 egg

150g chocolate puding (not powder but pudding)

125ml Baileys

preheat oven to 200 deg

1: place the egg, baileys, pudding, sugar and sweetner in the TM bowl and mix on 3.

2. then mix in the flour for 1 minute on level 3

3. add a splash of water if required to make the dough soft.

4. place the mix into a greased tin and cook for 35-40mins.
